We handcraft our jerky with lean, U.S.A beef rounds. These American beef rounds are sliced into thick slabs, carefully seasoned and marinated for 48 hours, and smoked slow and low over real hickory woodsmoke. Teriyaki jerky, Texas BBQ jerky, Habañero (Inferno) jerky, and more.
